She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Philips and Nellie Barnes Philips; her sons, Frank Goodman, Danny Goodman and Jimmy Sims; her brother J. D. Philips; and her husband Charles Thomas Sims of McMinnville, TN.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Walker of McMinnville, TN, Phillip Reed of Texas, Wade Sims of McMinnville, TN and Vickie Sims of McMinnville, TN; her grandchildren, Jay George, Christopher George, Sheyenne Goodman and Kayla Mosley (Michael); her great grandchildren, Brookelyn George, Dalton George, Lakelyn George and Braelyn George; and her siblings, Betty McCormick (Bob) of Murfreesboro, TN, Pam Brewer of Mississippi, Ron Brewer of Florida and Joe Brewer of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memory Cemetery (5201 Manchester Hwy, Morrison, TN 37357).
