He is survived by: his children, Ket Chhim, Cheav Hong Chhim and Eang Suong; his grandchildren, Kimlong Chhim, Seyha Chhim, Sovannarith Chhim, Sovannara Chhim, Nara Kimnay Suy and Chad Sithera Phan; and his great grandchildren, Kevin, Lisa, Thomas, Kelly, Freddie and Marcus Chhim.
