He was predeceased by : his wife Janet; his son Craig Arnold Stiles; his parents, Marjorie Stiles and Watson Lorenzo Stiles; his brother Curtis Stiles; his parents-in-law, Wes and Fran Arnold; his sister Claudia "Lynn"; and his brothers-in-law, Floyd Goff and Raymond Arnold.

He is survived by : his daughter Lori; his son-in-law Jay Cornelius of Morrison; his son Russell Watson Stiles (Tammy Grosch); his daughter-in-law Kelly Stiles of McMinnville; and his sister-in-law Patricia (Stewart Hampton).

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McMinnville Funeral Home (117 Underwood Rd, McMinnville, TN 37110).
