She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Stinnett (George) of McMinnville, TN; her grandchildren, Brittany Schreck (Billy) of Hillsboro, TN and Sammy Maynard of Lafayette, TN; her great grandchildren, Mason, Liam and Carter; and her siblings, James Perkins, Emma Ferebee, Evie Perkins, Jim Perkins and Tony Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
