She was predeceased by: her parents, Dexter Lee and Mary Hannah Adcock Neal; her husband Marvin Emmett Kell, Jr.; her son Mike Kell; and her sisters, Betty Jo Jordan, Charlene Smith and Melba Young.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Bryan Kell (Kristen) of McMinnville, TN and Jeremy Kell (Penny) of Murfreesboro, TN; her great grandchildren, Shelbi, Logan and Phoebe; her great great grandchildren, Jace Watson and Trivett Watson; and her sister Barbara Steele of McMinnville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
