With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Wayne Simmons of McMinnville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 24, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, A. J. Simmons and Mary Frances Haynie Simmons; his wife Judy M. West Simmons; and his sister Mary Ruth Dishman. He is survived by: his children, Dale Simmons (Lisa) of McMinnville and Angela Gail Bouldin of McMinnville; his stepchildren, Stacy Moore (Angela) of McMinnville and Paula Demetrish Brabson of McMinnville; and his brothers, James Kenneth Simmons (Patricia) of McMinnville and Robert Simmons of McMinnville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
