He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Talbert and Shirley Neal; and his great grandchild Taylor Grace Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Faye Talbert; his children, Christi Nicole Isaacson and Lee Ray Talbert; his grandchildren, Jared Taylor Talbert (Gracie O'Neal), Olivia DaShai Talbert, Katrina Nicole Flatt (Gage Downey) and Cameron Ray Flatt (Mckenzie Mason); his great grandchildren, Waylon Hunter Dean Downey and Ellie Mae Talbert; his siblings, James Talbert (Jenny), Reva Coston (Paul) and Treva Spurling; his cousin Ross Rains; and his close friends, Larry Delong, Todd Gregory, Leonard Leggett and Anthony "B. B." Bishop. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
