He is survived by: his wife Faye Talbert; his children, Christi Nicole Isaacson and Lee Ray Talbert; his grandchildren, Jared Taylor Talbert (Gracie O'Neal), Olivia DaShai Talbert, Katrina Nicole Flatt (Gage Downey) and Cameron Ray Flatt (Mckenzie Mason); his great grandchildren, Waylon Hunter Dean Downey and Ellie Mae Talbert; his siblings, James Talbert (Jenny), Reva Coston (Paul) and Treva Spurling; his cousin Ross Rains; and his close friends, Larry Delong, Todd Gregory, Leonard Leggett and Anthony "B. B." Bishop. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
