He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Powell Couch and Lida Mae Bost Couch; his brother Gerald T. Couch; his brother-in-law J. C. McDowell; and his sister Linda Couch McDowell.
He is survived by: his son Tommy; his daughter-in-law Angela Couch of Nashville, TN; his grandson Dustin Couch of McMinnville, TN; his brother Joe E. Couch (Janie) of Clarksville, TN; and his close friend Terrie Clark of McMinnville, TN.. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the High's Chapel (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
