He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Melba Clendenon Cathcart; his brother Dennis; and his brother-in-law Don Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Paula Cathcart of McMinnville, TN; his sons, William Luther Cathcart of McMinnville, TN, Paul Livy Cathcart (Susan) of McMinnville, TN and Robert Levi Cathcart (Michelle) of McMinnville, TN; his grandchildren, Callie Davis (Dalton), Kenley Randolph (Eli), Lilly, Sam and Emma Cathcart; his great grandchildren, Elora Kay Davis and Georgia Ann Davis; his siblings, Tom Cathcart (Carole) and Janie Robbins; his nephews, James Robbins (Heather), Alex Cathcart (Misha), Ian Cathcart (Crystal), Curt Cathcart (Lisa) and Brian Cathcart (Ashley); and his niece Julia Rhoady (Chris).
