He is survived by: his children, William Forbes (Jennifer), Kimberly Suzanne Howell (Dale) and Dorothy Forbes Couch (Terry); and his sisters, Susan Ann Forbes, Lavern Patrice McGaulgh and Lillian Louise Gibson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
