He is survived by: his wife Donna Maxwell; his daughters, Tonjua Maxwell of Humboldt and Paula Simmons (Kyle) of Hornbeak; his grandchildren, Jayme Clark (Sam), Houston Maxwell, Autumn Hafley (Austin) and Ryan Fisher (Sarah Beth); and his great grandchildren, Eli Patterson, Carmen Clark, Nason Dycus, Spencer Hafley, Sawyer Hafley and Alden Hafley.
