He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Block Lewis and Lillian Lewis (Myatt); and his brother Gerald Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Marie Lewis (Mayberry); his daughters, Connie Rogers (Tony) and Carol Lewis (Ruel DeVore); his grandsons, Isaac, Drew and Tyler Rogers; and his brother Edsel Lewis.
