With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph W. Gamble Sr. (Medina, Tennessee), born in Seymour, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2025 at the age of 97. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry Gamble and Ethel Penelope Gamble (Wolfe). He is survived by: his wife Jolene B. Gamble; his sons, Joey Gamble (Rachel) and Todd Gamble (Joanie); his grandchildren, Taryn, Mara, Trey, Mason, Dawson, Chelsea and Nicci; his great grandchildren, Declan and Jade; and also, Murrell Gamble, Estelle Ownby, Edith Garner, Ruth Sims, Reba Duggan, Dick Gamble, Jack Gamble and June Roberts.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home (303 E Church Ave, Medina, TN 38355). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hopewell Cemetery (154 Spring Creek Hwy, Medina, TN 38355).
