He is survived by: his friend Alan Bradbury; his wife Tammy Murphree (Evans); his children, Mitzi Mccuthison (Gerry) and Andy Murphree (Patricia); his grandson Holden Murphree; his sister Nancy Holladay; and his niece Linzy Witherspoon (Alex).
