She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry W. Vailes; her son Kenneth Vailes; and her sister Wynojean Denton. She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Vailes (Larami) and Lisa Heglar (Chuck); and her sister Betty C. Totty. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
