He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward Johnson, Sr. and Bernice Johnson (Garvett); and his wife Jan Johnson. He is survived by: his son Brett Edward Johnson; and his grandchildren, Blake Edward Johnson and Bailey Elizabeth Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home (303 E Church Ave, Medina, TN 38355). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
