He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Todd and Ruby Todd Douglas; his wife Billie Todd; his stepfather A. W. Douglas; and his stepsiblings, Etoit Douglas and Vitola Douglas Phillips.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Jennifer Bateman (Mark), Lisa Beatty (Ken) and Jeff Long (Cheryl).
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lexington Cemetery.
