With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Farley (Medina, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford Smith and Eva Smith (Wilson); her daughter Crystal Michelle Smith; and her siblings, Hubert Smith, Jacob Smith, James Smith, Marie Hendrix and Carolyn Jean Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Ellis (Dusty); her grandchildren, Wesley Battaglia (Chancy), Jolie Battaglia, Leah Ellis and Hunter Ellis; her great grandchildren, Alivia Battaglia, Luca Battaglia and Gemma Battaglia; and her siblings, Randy Smith, Linda Matthews, Sherry Bryant and Faye Williams.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fh Chapel (303 E Church Ave, Medina, TN 38355). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mount Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery (85 Mt Pisgah Rd, Bradford, TN 38316).
