She was predeceased by: her brother Dale Ray Lewis; and her grandparents, Sally Lewis, Bill and Hettie Lewis. She is survived by: her parents, Dale Lewis and Patricia Lewis of Rolla, MO; her children, Marc Forrester, Talisha Stone and Amber Stone; her sisters, Samantha Lewis-Adamson of Rolla, MO and Judy Lynn Atterberry (Harold) of St. Robert, MO; and her close friend Steve Schultz of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
