He was predeceased by : his wife Patricia J. Worley. He is survived by : his children, Victor Allen Worley of Memphis and Kerin Worley Owen of Wake Forest; his grandchildren, Victoria Ashlyn Worley, Elijah Washington Owen and Henry Allen Owen; his son-in-law Gary Owen; his siblings-in-law, Betty and Mike Mallott; and his nieces, Lorrayne Mallott and Michelle Mallott.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Memorial Park Fireside Chapel (5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
