He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Carol Vollmar, Tommy and Louise Cotter; his aunts, Jean Marie Bivens (Cotter), Mary Bena Gallina (Cotter) and Christine Lee Gray (Cotter); and his uncle Bill Vollmar.

He is survived by: his parents, Jeffery Vollmar and Margaret Vollmar; his wife Elizabeth Vollmar; his daughter Rose Vollmar; his sister Mary Margaret Vollmar; his nephews, James and Colin Vollmar; his father-in-law David Lee (Sharon); his brother-in-law Jonathan Lee (Dani); his aunts and uncles, Patricia Gibbons, Linda Bonkofsky, Debbie Vollmar, Max Gray, Hunt Gallina and Fred Bonkofsky; and his cousins, Emily Lawrence, Lee Ann Lawrence, Mary Everett Woodard, Christina Bonkofsky, Lenzi Costa, Sarah Golden, Bridget Carrett, Andrea Hora, Alex Daley, Luke Daley, Christopher Vollmar and Megan Vollmar.
