He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bailey Wiener and Laverne King Raines; his grandparents, Lee Charles and Martha Bailey Wiener; and his uncle Russel Lee Wiener.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn McGee Wiener; his children, Donald Russel Wiener (Deidra), Bailey Lee Wiener, Jr. and Carroll Wiener Bernard (Butler); his grandchildren, Marilyn, Morgan Wiener, Katie, Bailey Wiener, Butler III and Hampton Bernard; his brother Lee Russel Wiener (Jean Anne); his half-sister Debbie Raines Goforth; his aunt Joy Brown Wiener; his cousins, Martha Wiener Horton and Donna Lee Wiener; his sibling's children, Russel Lee Wiener II (Lauren) and Leanne Wiener Sykes (Mark); and his pet Winston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Christ Church Memphis, Hutchison School, Christian Brothers High School, Memphis University School or the cutting gardens of Dixon Gallery and Gardens.
