She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilton Story and Edna Story Sr.; her brothers, Wilton Story Jr. and Eddie Story; her grandson Brayden Gilbreth; and her great grandchild River Rhea.
She is survived by: her children, Tami Cleveland Clark (Byron) and Wilton Dwayne Cleveland (Bianca); her husband Gale K. Cleveland; and her sister Betty Sue Story. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Canale Funeral Directors (2700 Union Ave Extended, Memphis, TN 38112).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization close to Barbara's heart.
