She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Croissant Dirmeyer, Jr.; her siblings, William Fischer and Mary Southwell of Virginia; and her son William Charles Dirmeyer. She is survived by: her children, Edward Dirmeyer III (Anne Howard), James Dirmeyer (Sheila Swett), Robert Dirmeyer (Mary Mayhan), Gracemary Crouch (David), Susan Kirk (Jack) and Angela Fowler (Dean). She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Church of the Ascension.
