With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beard Ld Jr. (Memphis, Tennessee), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on July 8, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Terry Beard. He is survived by: his children, Murray Lee Beard (Wendy), John David Beard (Amy) and Sara Beard Tilton (Thomas); his grandchildren, Justin Tyler Beard (Margaret), Christopher Shelton Beard (Jessica), William Duncan Beard (Allison Hatfield), Leann Catherine Beard, Anna Marie Beard and Laura Elizabeth Beard; and his sister Betty Beard Bruce. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial donations be sent to Methodist LeBonheur Children's Hospital or the Memphis Zoo.
