He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben Manley Siler, Sr. and Opal Upton Siler; and his brother Ruben Manley Siler, Jr.. He is survived by: his niece Magan Flynn of McKinney; and his nephew Greg Siler of Omaha, Nebraska..
