Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Billy Bruce Ousley (Memphis, Tennessee), born in Springfield, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 78, on December 25, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Bruce and Charlotte Ousley. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ousley (Dot) of Collierville, TN; his children, Rob Ousley (Stephanie) of Jonesboro, AR and Claire Foster (Greg) of Germantown, TN.; and his grandchildren, Mallory Ousley, Stephen Ousley, Brittany Foster and David Foster.
