We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2025, at the age of 95, Billy Ruth Van Brocklin (Memphis, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Jessye Leflore; and her grandson Finley Still. She is survived by: her husband Finley; her children, Finley Jr., Thomas (Nelle) and Elizabeth Still (George); her grandchildren, Reilly, Carr and Alison Van Brocklin; her children, George J. Still III, John T., Eleanor and Lily Van Brocklin; her great grandchildren, Fitz and Margot Van Brocklin; and her family David Partson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salmon Room - Second Presbyterian Church (4055 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38111). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Second Presbyterian Church (4055 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38111).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Church Health or a charity of your choice.
