He is survived by: his daughters, Kim and Valerie Collins (Joy) of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Constance Bayne-Johnson and Taylor Presley of Nashville, Tennessee; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Leah Johnson of Nashville, Tennessee; his grandson-in-law Jeff Johnson of Nashville, Tennessee; and his siblings, Walter Collins (Wanda) of St. Louis, Missouri and Margaret R. Singleton of Chesapeake, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
