He is survived by: his wife Judith Fontaine; his sons, Bruce (Maggie) and Carter (Bowie); and his grandchildren, Helen, Mose Campbell of Houston, Frazer, Eleanor and Carter Campbell of Memphis, Tennessee..
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Second Presbyterian Church (4055 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38111). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
