She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda B. Tribble Wilbourn and Lacy Carl Clay Wilbourn; her daughter Deborah J. Smith; and her brother Carl "Bubba" Wilbourn. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia J. Iverson (Cary) and Felicia E Terrell; her son-in-law David W. Smith; her grandchildren, Shea Driver (Kevin), Ashley Smith, Whitney Tweed (Andy), Bethany Hoskins, Brie Hoskins, Will Terrell, Lacey Hardin (Cody) and Lindsey Terrell; her stepgranddaughter Taylor Iverson; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Elliot, Cooper Driver, Brooklyn, Jaelyn, Adalyn Rhodes, Ivey Sabina, Liam Terrell, Kash, Sonny Hardin and Logan Ghosheh; and her sons, Tommy and Jerry Carter.
As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Trinity Reformed Baptist Church, a community Carline held dear, at 6771 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN 38134.
