She was predeceased by: her parents, James Laing and Gladys Laing; and her husband Bill Melvin. She is survived by: her children, Pam Bramlage (Tom), Scott Melvin, Steve Melvin (Laura) and Kim McKell (Ed); and her grandchildren, Jenny Lacey (Bramlage), James Melvin, Julia Krebs (Melvin), Jeffrey Melvin, Kate Melvin, Jake Melvin, Liz Batluck (McKell), Abby McKell, Leah McKell, Max Herman and Ellie Herman. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
