She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Fletcher Vernon and Irene Cornelia Williamson Vernon; and her siblings, Benny Vernon, Johnny Vernon and JoAnn Grobmyer.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Orquiola Belonio; her daughters, Pamela Pries (Howard Pries), Angela Ouellette (Ron Ouellette) and Lisa Pennington (Jonathan Pennington); her grandchildren, Nathan Pennington (Brooklyn Pennington), Samantha Pennington (Nolan Pestana), Jake Pennington and Brandon Ouellette; and her sister Judy James (Bill James). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
