She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Herring and Mary Ella Herring; and her husband Earl Cobbs, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Lucile Cobbs, Evelyn Ann Henry (Patsy), Mary C. Anderson, Louise Cox, James T. Cobbs, Carrie M. Taylor, Edna J. Garner, Ruthie L. Brown, Earl Cobbs, Jr. of California, Arthur B. Cobbs (Joan) of California, Sylvester Cobbs (Betty) of Tunica, MS and Mosie L. Cobbs (Diane) of Memphis, TN.. She is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren, eighty-five great grandchildren, forty-seven great-great grandchildren, seven great-great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, friends.
