He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond McElroy and Rose McElroy. He is survived by: his wife Martha Hall; and his stepchildren, Dawn Johnson (Mike) of Hernando, MS, Tara Spaulding of Cordova, TN and Rusty Wise (Tammie) of Tupelo, MS.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
He requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's research Hospital.
