He is survived by: his wife Ruth McCall Heiskell; his children, Lee Waits (John) of Jackson, MS and Charles Wesley "Bo" Summers, III (Marti) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Jay, Will, Ellyn Waits, Wesley and Madalyn Summers; and his siblings, Violet Lett (Bill) of Auburn, AL, Elaine Travis (Warren) of Memphis, TN, Joyce Brogden (Russ) of Kingsport, TN and John Summers (Sandra) of Memphis, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
