He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Delbridge and Genie Thomas; his siblings, Shirley Talley, Martha Talley, Zonnie Ingram, Ethel Jackson, Martha Stone, Fred Talley, Earl Talley, Charlie Talley, Odell Thomas and George Thomas; and his grandson Paul Lewis McKinney Jr..
He is survived by: his wife PaQuita Talley; his sons, Kenneth Talley and Charles Talley Jr.; his siblings, Mary Talley, Queen Talley, Gracie Thomas, Julia Thomas, Sam Talley (Francine) and Frank Thomas of Memphis, TN.; his grandchildren, TraDarium Talley, Queania White, Kaliyah Carter, Charnesha Talley, Connor Talley and Mason Nicole Longstreet; and also Lakisha Talley. He is also survived by special little girl he love a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Serenity Columbarium Chapel (1626 Sycamore View Rd, Memphis, TN 38134). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
