She is survived by: her parent Charlotte Ann Harbaugh (Kirby); her son John Vernon Caldwell; her granddaughter Tara; her granddaughter-in-law Peggy; her daughter Jane Burlingham (Mark); her grandchildren, Amy Wages (Mike) and Brian Burlingham (Amanda); her children, Kirby (Charlotte), Casey Caldwell Long (Joseph) and Nathan (Jenaan); her stepdaughter Kim Taylor (John); her stepgrandson Richard "Dick" Caldwell (Lisa); her child Leslie; her grandchildren, Lauren "Nickie" (Brent) and Katie Swafford (Alec); and also, Courtney Goodell (Chris), Taylor King (Nick) and Christopher. She is also survived by her children's friends as being a giving, kind mother.
Charlotte requested that memorial donations be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
