She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Ragle and Ginger Ragle; and her grandson Timothy Baldwin. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin G. Spencer Jr.; her children, Misty Baldwin (Erin), Barbara Spencer, Jamie Blackwell (Aaron) and Benjamin Spencer III; her grandchildren, Autumn, Brittany, Garrett, Rebecca, Joshua, Logan and Annabelle; and her siblings, Becky McNamara, Peggy Kennedy (Joseph), Tana Voyles (Mark) and Clay Ragle (Susan).
