He was predeceased by: his parents, J. William Lovelace (Bill) and Bobbie P. Lovelace. He is survived by: his sisters, Leslee L. Pascal and Lisa L. Holliday (Craig); and his aunt Sylvia P. Cochran (Bill). He is also survived by five nephews, three nieces, and his many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
