He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Washburn and Rita Adele LaBarge Washburn; his aunt Margaret; and his uncle Harold Varno. He is survived by: his wife Alyson Freeburg Washburn; his siblings, Thomas Edward Washburn (Susan) of Clayton, NJ, Robert John Washburn of Tampa, FL, Mark William Washburn (Andrea) of Hof, Germany, Brenda Jean Donahue (Billy) of Auburn, NJ and Jean Eleanor Cobb (Alex) of Dalton, GA; and his pets, Itsy and Mercy. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
