He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lane and Leone Burnett Cunningham; and his sister Martha Sue. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Shannon), Bruce (Kelly), Dale (Gina) and Sheri (Jim); his wife Sara; and his brother John (Anne Marie). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, their spouses and his 15 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that any memorial donations be made to MERI (Medical Education and Research Institute) or St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
