She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Benson and Louise Benson; and her brother Al. She is survived by: her siblings, Eva Cox-Jones of Atlantic City and Sgt. Major Wilbur Benson of Daegu; her sister-in-law Seongnam Benson of Seoul; and her nieces and nephews, De'Anna Benson, Dominique Benson, Shay Benson, Baron Jefferys, Cortland Benson and Wilbur Benson Jr.. She is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
