He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, Donald Mayer and Maxine Mayer; and his sister Mary Rosenthal. He is survived by: his daughter Holly Cox (Allen); his grandchildren, Amber Lenzo and Courtney Cox Rocheleau; his brother Robert Mayer (Diane); his nieces, Elaine Rosenthal and Kirsten Brown (Eric); his great-nephew Eric Brown, Jr. (Liam Brown); his great-niece Lauren Brown; and his friends, Richard and Anne Clark.
