He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Hedrick Frazier and William Walter Frazier; his wife Carolyn Bell; and his siblings, Evelyn Harrington and Bill Frazier.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Frazier (Jill), Keith Frazier (Kathy) and Sharon Leffingwell; and his grandchildren, Cy Leffingwell (Emma), Hannah Leffingwell and Jake Frazier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
