It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Bright of Memphis, Tennessee, born in Oxford, Mississippi, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rs Lewis & Sons (3651 Austin Peay Hwy, Memphis, TN 38128). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (290 Tillman St, Memphis, TN 38112). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125).
