She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Vales Sr. and Lucille Vales Joyner; her husband Roscoe McNeal; and her siblings, Fred Vales Jr. and Charlie Mae Yancy.
She is survived by: her sister Beverly Hunt; and her children, Sandra Walker (Memphis), Phyliss Mosbey (Memphis), Kevin (Laura), McNeil, Francille Tidwell (Memphis), Renita McNeal, Alisa (Richard), Greer Sherri (Memphis) and Jill McNeal. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
