She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. J. D. Evans and Mickey Evans; her husband George Goodloe Early, Jr.; and her brother John Sidney Evans. She is survived by: her children, George Goodloe Early, III (Karen), Lloyd Early Smith (Donald) of Monroe and Marion Early Spargo (Mike) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Georgia Smith, Natalie Smith, Kate Early, Luke Early and Whitley Spargo; and her sister-in-law Marsha Evans.
