He is survived by: his father William Downing Pryor; his wife Debbie; his children, Madeline Elizabeth Pryor, Allison Suzanne Pryor and William Tucker Pryor; and his sisters, Ainslie Pryor Todd (Hardy) of Memphis and Elizabeth Pryor MacEachran (John) of New Hampshire.
