“Can't let the day pass without saying that Earl Burchett would drop wisdom every time we were together. Not just funny wisdom but information that was beneficial. There is no substitute for knowledge and common sense. Over 30 years ago, Earl explained to me why he never bought chicken parts and only purchased whole chickens. It forced me to give the Arsenio Hall expression "OH, UHM" I've never bought chicken parts since. R.I.P. Big Guy!”
